Gorichen Peak is the most elevated pinnacle of Arunachal Pradesh and it is situated among Tawang and West Kameng regions of Arunachal Pradesh. Arranged at a height of 22,500 feet above ocean level, this pinnacle is about 164 kilometer from Tawang.
The pinnacle is privately known as Sa-Nga Phu, which actually implies the Kingdom of Deity and is viewed as one of the sacrosanct pinnacles shielding them from all the indecencies as indicated by the nearby Monpa clan. This pinnacle is an extraordinary trekking and mountaineering spot.

- By Air: The closest air terminal is Tezpur Airport, around 9 h 44 min (315.5 km) away and is associated with Kolkata and Guwahati. Contract a prepaid taxi from the air terminal or Tezpur to reach Tawang.
- By Rail: The closest Railway Station is Tezpur Railway Station which is associated with most urban communities in India. There is any rail network inside Arunachal Pradesh itself and guests should take a taxi from Tezpur railroad station (TZTB) to Tawang.
- By Road: Bomdila is the closest town having great street availability from all urban areas in Assam. Guests need to make a trip to Bomdila first and take transport or taxi from that point to Tawang, around 160 km (4-5 hours) away.
